Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be free of stains, odors, or damage.
  • Include proof of purchase.

To request a return, please email us at donate@365days365ways.org. If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we’re happy to help. Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at donate@365days365ways.org. We’ll work quickly to make it right at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly by us.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
